Terms & Conditions

Terms for optional Ivy administrator text alerts, read together with the existing student Terms of Use.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Business Identity and Student Terms

Ivy 757 LLC, doing business as Ivy Virginia Driver Improvement (“Ivy”) offers online Virginia driver improvement and RADEP course services. These SMS terms supplement Ivy's existing Terms of Use; the existing student terms, Refund Policy, and required DMV disclosures remain applicable and unchanged.

Selecting the correct course remains the student's responsibility. Course access requires verified payment. Completion of a course does not guarantee a particular court, DMV, insurance, or other outcome. Website information is educational, not individualized legal advice.

SMS Terms — Internal Administrator Completion Alerts

Ivy's optional SMS program provides internal administrator notifications about 3A course-completion notices for 4-hour RADEP, 12-hour RADEP, and the 8-hour DMV clinic. It is not a student marketing or promotional messaging program.

An alert may contain student name, course type, completion date, certificate status, and an administrator sign-in link. Alerts do not issue a certificate or submit a DMV roster. Test or sample alerts require a separate administrator choice.

Consent and Message Frequency

Opt-in occurs in authenticated Ivy administrator settings: the administrator supplies the recipient number, confirms that its owner agreed to receive Ivy administrator alert texts, and enables alerts. Changing the recipient number requires fresh consent confirmation. No student is enrolled in this SMS program by purchasing a course.

Message frequency varies with course-completion activity and any explicitly requested test alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to administrator alerts is not a condition of purchasing a course.

STOP — Opt Out

Reply STOP to opt out of administrator text alerts. Administrators can also turn off alerts in Ivy's private settings. When the SMS provider reports an opt-out, Ivy disables alerts and clears the recorded consent confirmation.

A new administrator confirmation does not override a carrier or SMS provider's opt-out restriction. Any resubscription must also satisfy the provider's requirements.

HELP — Assistance

For HELP with text alerts, contact info@ivydriverimprovement.com or call (804) 487-4837.

AI-powered assistance is available 24/7; requests requiring a human may receive a later response.

Delivery Limitations and Privacy

Text delivery depends on the SMS provider, carrier, device, and network availability and may be delayed or fail. Administrators should use Ivy's course and student records to verify completion and certificate status rather than rely solely on a text alert.

Administrator SMS consent, recipient settings, and operational provider sharing are described in the Privacy Policy. Existing course, payment, and DMV requirements are unaffected by SMS preferences.
